1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the viplj website at https://viplj.net, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the viplj Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's Account denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may deposit, withdraw, or access certain platform features.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the legal and procedural framework that viplj is obligated to comply with under Philippine law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond viplj's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The viplj Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. viplj reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account where the Player is found to be under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance held within that account will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The viplj Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk. viplj makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of viplj complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) registered Account on the viplj Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. viplj employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice, and any balances or pending withdrawals within those accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. viplj is not responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of false or incomplete registration information. Players are obligated to update their account information promptly if any details change.

2.5 KYC Verification

All Players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. viplj may also require KYC verification before a deposit is accepted or before access to certain game categories is granted. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or other government-issued photo ID. viplj reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — at any time and for any account.

3. Account Security

3.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your viplj account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. viplj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify viplj's customer support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, viplj will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. viplj reserves the right to request additional verification before restoring account access.

3.3 Account Sharing

Player Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other individual to use your viplj Account, whether for wagering, withdrawals, or any other purpose. Accounts found to be shared or transferred will be permanently closed without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimums

viplj accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically reflected in your viplj Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day. viplj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Withdrawals are released exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified GCash or Maya account registered in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. viplj reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with AML obligations under Philippine law.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of funds is subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) the withdrawal amount must not include any uncleared Bonus funds that remain subject to an active Wagering Requirement; (c) your account must not be under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns; and (d) you must not have an active self-exclusion applied to your account.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the viplj Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). viplj does not accept foreign currency deposits at this time. Currency conversion, if applicable at the payment gateway level, is the sole responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by viplj are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to sports betting with odds below the stated minimum, certain live dealer games, or games excluded by the provider — may not contribute toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

viplj employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering on low-variance outcomes specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; using third-party software to exploit bonus mechanics; and colluding with other Players to circumvent bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is detected, viplj reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the Player's account without notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be removed from your Wallet without compensation.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot titles and virtual game outcomes on the viplj Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical dealing and spinning procedures conducted by certified dealers in licensed studios. viplj does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the standard Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game providers.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a gaming session, the affected round may be voided and the wager amount returned to the Player's Wallet. viplj is not liable for any loss of expected winnings arising from a documented malfunction. All malfunction-related disputes must be reported to customer support within twenty-four (24) hours of the relevant gaming session.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events — are governed by the specific market rules published on the viplj sportsbook. viplj reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or where odds were published in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viplj Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another individual without their explicit written consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial transactions intended to disguise the origin of funds;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer environments;
• Using the Platform for any activity that is illegal under Philippine law;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing viplj staff or other Players via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the viplj Platform — including but not limited to the viplj brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of viplj or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license to any viplj intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any viplj content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, viplj's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

viplj shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or goodwill; (d) service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or Force Majeure events; or (e) any loss arising from a Player's own failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by viplj's proven gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by viplj.

10. Privacy & Data

viplj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. viplj collects only the data necessary to provide the Platform's services, comply with legal obligations under Philippine law — including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) — and to maintain the integrity and security of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

viplj is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts for your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications when you have been logged in and actively playing for a set duration.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which your Account will be temporarily restricted from placing further wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Activate a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion that immediately blocks your Account from all wagering activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic pop-up summaries of your session duration and net wagering position.

If you feel that your gaming is no longer under control, viplj strongly encourages you to use these tools promptly. viplj strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and does not permit Players to circumvent self-exclusion through the registration of a new account. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

viplj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted on the Platform homepage or via a notification sent to the Player's registered email address or mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request the closure of your Account.

12.2 Account Termination by Player

You may request the closure of your viplj Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request from a verified account holder, viplj will process any remaining withdrawable balance subject to standard verification procedures. Accounts closed at the Player's request may not be reopened for a cooling-off period of thirty (30) days.

12.3 Account Termination by viplj

viplj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or AML violations; chargebacks; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or accounts that have been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months. Where an account is closed by viplj due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the viplj Platform shall first be submitted to viplj's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For complaints related to viplj's gaming operations, Players may also direct unresolved complaints to the relevant regulatory authority under whose framework viplj operates. viplj operates within a PAGCOR-regulated environment and is subject to the applicable oversight and enforcement mechanisms of that authority.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
